This 90’s Saphire blue sparkle sheath dress has a high-low hemline with a full-length, built-in lining finished at the bottom with the same shear material as the dress overlay. The overlay has a tone-on-tone blue sparkle, abstract floral pattern. The thin shoulder straps are made from black stretch cord. This is a great dress for cocktail parties, and other special occasions.
