Pre-owned, vintage, mid century modern, woodpecker, toothpick dispenser / holder. It is made of black and white plastic. No maker marks. Green felt lined base. It is in perfect working condition. It has a top flap / door where you add the toothpicks. (See photos for details) I am the original owner.
