This is a very nice vintage long black sweater skirt! Size 12/13. I believe it is from Tony Lambert Collections (only size tag is attached). Please see the purple plaid cardi sweater it came with listed separately. In excellent condition. Measurements are 28" waist (elastic so it can stretch to larger) and 27.5" long.
