My neighbor sells Vintage and her best guess in 1970's. It's in amazing condition considering its age. She is a sleeveless dress with a unique horseshoe neckline, tailored chest and waist, and a bottom ruffle. The size tag says a 16 but there is no way its a 16. My guess is closer to a medium or smaller large.
