VINTAGE JAPANESE RICE BOWLS / Blue Cherry Blossom Decoration / Chips On Bottom

Here is a pair of fine vintage porcelain rice / tea bowls known as Gohan Chawan. They have a beautiful blue cherry blossom decoration outside and inside. Several of the blossoms have an extra white slip outline around them that makes them three dimensional. Each measures 4.75 inches wide by 2.25 inches tall. Both are in very good condition except for some chips on the bottom - one has more chips than the other (see photos).
