📺 VINTAGE Gorgeous Semi Sheer Cowlneck MIDI Dress

NO signs of wear. Has been handwashed & steamed recently. Elastic waist. There is no label or size tag. Semi-sheer fabric-slip must be worn under. Beautiful cowlneck front w/lace embroidered inset. Removable pleated tie belt. There is a tiny light spot on left flutter sleeve-I’m sure it could come out w/dry cleani. INNER side of belt has faint discoloration but you can’t see it. Armpit-armpit across 19” Elastic waist 13” can stretch to 16MAX Length 42”
