Vintage blue plastic ghost hanging decoration. Appears to be Casper the Ghost. Glows in the dark (is not super bright perhaps because of age). Top hanging loop. Folds for easy storage. Measures about 17" long. Purchased from an estate collection and no visible maker's mark. Excellent condition and smoke-free home.
