@madamerouge hello! the sole was a bit harder to measure because of the heel but it measures roughly 9.5 inches.

@ajeyakumar275 hi there! Thank you for your interest. So when I first got them there was a kink but I managed to zip it. I just checked them again and since I kept the boots zipped the kink worked itself out and there is none anymore. Both boots zip smoothly!
