VINTAGE EXP No 4 Jeans by Express Size 13/14 (Vintage sizing runs smaller, be sure to read measurements below) The high-waisted mom jeans were all the rage in the 90’s and have made a comeback! This pair are from iconic mall brand Express. They are well-loved and faded to perfection! They have a few stains and the making of a tiny hole (see pics), the ankles have also been cut to make them more of a straight fit instead of tapered. 100% cotton MADE IN USA Approx measurements across when laid flat: Waist: 15 1/2” Rise: 12” Inseam: 30”
