VINTAGE DEEP RUBY RED BAKELITE HARD BANGLE BRACELET

Vintage Bakelite bangle bracelet in deep ruby red. The surface has a dome and the inside is flat. There are a few white marks and scratches throughout. I'm not sure wha they are, so I haven't tried to clean them. See photos. I’m almost positive the material is bakelite, but I'm not 100% certain.
