This is a one of a kind Vintage rain coat in 8petite . I got this coat from my Grandma who worked at Bloomingdales . It's way to small in shoulders . Hate to sell but it does not fit! There is no belt and no wrist belts a small stain in front (very small). Otherwise a great coat!
