I love the tiered skirt on this one! It is pictured with a petticoat underneath (not included). The original trim was torn and replace with brown pom poms; the original straps were torn and replaced with extra fabric from the inside of the hem. Original zipper was broken and replaced with a hidden zipper. Comes with belt. In good condition with vintage characteristics - the belt is yellowed and signs of wear. Fits like a modern size 0 - 2. ~ 33" bust ~ 26" waist ~ 28" skirt length (waist to hem)
