Made of a composite like material (not porcelain or ceramic- more like a thick plastic), this 13” charger plate will look great hung on a wall or free-standing with your other black chinoiserie style plates! EUC- this plate was hung on a wall as decor and was never actually used, so it’s considered new! There are a couple of tiny small flaws in the paint, which it came this way when I bought it from a home interior boutique. See last photo.
