VINTAGE BLACK WESTERN FRINGE RHINESTONE DRESS 8

Up for sale is a fun dress I picked up at a vintage shop in Vegas last year, it appears to be a Mass brand (see pictures) black button-up short-sleeve dress with fringe and rhinestone details that runs about knee / mid-calf length. It also has shoulder pads that are still intact. This was made in the USA and, although the tag says it is a size small, it fits me at a size 8. Take this girl out on the town like it deserves!
