brendamk @meribearie but a "Kids XL is equivalent to a 16-18... that's about half the size of an adult that wears a 24/26... so it can't possibly fit both sized people!

meribearie @brendamk it absolutely can because i’m a 24 and they fit me. the only thing that makes children’s XL different from women’s is the length. i’ve been selling clothes for years and this is true every time.

meribearie @brendamk as well, children’s clothes go by age, not length. so a 14/16 is supposed to fit an average 14-16 year old.

brendamk @meribearie You mean it's a 24 WAIST size, not 24 dress size... that makes more sense! LOL! Because yes, up till a few years ago I could still wear a kids 14/16.... but my sister (200# larger) wore a 24 dress size. That's where the confusion was. 🤣
