VINTAGE ANCHOR HOCKING GREEN URANIUM GLASS MIXING BOWL

This fabulous vintage mixing bowl was manufactured in years 1905 to 1938 by the Anchor Hocking Glass Company in a green glass that is known as uranium glass. To create this color glass back in the day, they used uranium salts in the molten mix, & when exposed to UV light, it glows a bright neon green! Measuring 6”x3-3/4”, this baby was well loved, but is still in fabulous vintage condition. Consistent with age & much use between generations of the family, it has scuffs, & tiny flea bite wear along the inside edge, but it’s very old wear, as it’s smooth to the touch, please view pics for condition. I’m downsizing for retirement & can’t take it all with me, & I thought this bowl was just too much fun not to share!
