super cute!!! low rise jeans with a split front hem from the knee down 95% cotton / 5% spandex - made in the USA in excellent condition tagged a 9, but please refer to measurements for best fit laying flat: 13.5” waist 16.5” hip 8” rise 30” inseam I’d recommend these for a 24/25” waist I’m a 24” waist/ 5’0 & these are just a tad big on the waist & far too long for me (unfortunately) let me know if you have any questions!! all measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise, items come washed & ready to be worn :) same or next day shipping
