VINTAGE 90s Independent Truck Company NHS Skate Modified Tee Tube Top OOAK

This is from my personal collection, I’m letting it finally go after not wearing it in over a decade. This is an authentic NHS tag shirt, it belonged to a boyfriend I had. I modified it to this beauty tube top. Super cute and girly! There is a hole in side seam, should be a very easy fix, original tag was cut off with the whole top and sleeves of shirt. Use measurements for best fit Chest across 17” Length 19”
