Fabric is a metallic acetate/mylar blend that color shifts from cobalt blue to black (magical!). Dress has a scoop neck and flutter sleeves. Hem has two layers of offset fabric for a fun sheer effect, and hits above the knee. Super twirl-worthy dress.
