VINTAGE 70s Lace Ruffle Front Poet Sleeve Blouse

Vintage 1970s does 1920's ruffle front button down long sleeve top in a rich cream/ivory color. Lace detailing on the chest and trimming the poet sleeves. Stand up collar and pearlized buttons. Purchased from a vintage boutique. Fair condition. Pen mark on sleeve, elastic on wrists is loose, one missing button. There is a very tiny dark thread in the inside or the neck closure (not visible in wear).
