VINTAGE 60's Pat Sandler for Highlight little black cocktail dress, approximately size medium. Please see measurements for most accurate fit. Lovely vintage dress in great condition for its age! Missing the eye closure at the top of the zipper (hook still attached). Tied bow details on straps, black shantung fabric, gathered bust, empire waist with satin band, hidden back zipper.
