VINTAGE 50s/60s era Ladies HAT Black Mesh Ribbon UNION LABEL.
Very unique. Black all over. Mesh base with plastic feeling material woven around the tribes up brim. Gathered fabric around the crown.
Some of the weaving of the brim has come loose. Not bad though. Very clean. Looks unworn.
