VINTAGE 1980 SUSAN FRAIN shoulder pads ruffle Open Front blouse

It's a funky Multicolor print top. Pink and purple nuances in a geometric pattern with ruffles in a stripe design on the collar. Elastic at the waist. Surplice style. The cuffs lost the pressure of the elastic band. Needs to be fixed or leave it the way loosen. 100% polyester. Super stylish paired w denim shorts or a pink pants.
