VINTAGE 1970s Puff Sleeve Pinstripe Tulle Lined Dress Excellent Condition Size 2

This vintage 1970s dress is in excellent vintage condition. No noticeable flaws. Features gorgeous puff sleeves and a puffed out skirt. Skirt is lined with tulle. Sleeves do not have tulle, but have construction in the shoulders for shape (and a more comfortable feel). Red bodice with blue pinstripe skirt. This dress would best fit a women’s size 2: Pit to pit: 15.5” Waist: 13.5” Shoulder to hem: 43”
