This is a true vintage dress from the early-mid 1970's. One owner. By Nitya New York, made in India, ladies size small. Classic simple shirt dress design in vibrant berry purple dyed woven rayon. Front half button, collared, two flap patch pockets at the chest with appliqué detail, narrow elastic waistband and lower front pleated center. Measures 18” at the underarms, about 17” the waist area, and about 38” total length at the center back. The elastic waist is stretched and needs to be replaced. No other issues. Handwash only as the dye will bleed. My home is smoke free.
