VINTAGE 1967 Handmade Extra Tall Wooden Candlestick Holders - Set of 2

This is a pair of very cool and unique, extra tall wooden candlestick holders. They are gorgeous and curvy, perfect mid-century vibes. The best part of these is that their vintage backstory is written on the bottom on one of the handmade sticks (text below), including the date "1967." These candlestick holders will hold a standard taper candle and will add some great height to your shelves, surfaces, etc. Text on bottom reads: Made from part of the walnut handrail from the east stairway of old Benjamin Harrison School #2 - built in Indianapolis in 1870 - site of which the new administration building for public schools stands -1967 MEASUREMENTS Height: 18 inches Base Width: 4.5 inches Holder Width: 1.75 inches CONDITION REPORT Candlesticks are in good condition. It appears as though both of the sticks were broken at the bottom and has been sturdily repaired (please see photo). Both sticks have very slight marks, but look remarkable, particularly considering their age.
