Colorful decorative Hong Kong street scene with signed Chinese artist signature bottom left. ( Chan T). NOTE: due to size & weight & Posh limits, bundling is prohibited. Price firm. Condition: In good vintage condition both painting & frame, back due to age has caused back paper ( not painting ) to be brittle ( taped so that it doesn't tear anymore). Paper back could be replaced. Hooks & wire on back ready to hang. Bought from an art dealer on Etsy who purchased at an estate sale in the Midwest, previous owners were world travelers & collectors -
