Sweetly exquisite 1950’s Sheer Hostess Cocktail Apron in textured Poly/Chiffon. Ivory dot weave with floral print accents. Trimmed in scalloped, mesh embroidered bridal lace. Skillfully handmade with expert stitching, tight seams, and finishing. Excellent vintage condition - no stains, stretching, damage, fading or known flaws. Doesn’t appear to have ever been worn, like new. One pocket, right side. Colors may skew across devices; this is an ivory/off-white color (no yellowing) with blue and pink florals. Used for fancy dress and cocktail parties, hostess aprons protected the clothing but showed the outfit. Often worn by brides when cutting/serving the cake. Makes a great gift. Approx.
