This is such a fun skirt from Vineyard Vines. The primary color is a light periwinkle blue with very light blue turtles and lime green and ivory flowers. There is a back zipper with a hook and eye closure (NOTE-we replaced the hook and eye). The material is crisp and soft and has some stretch. Fully lined.
