Excellent condition Vince tunic top in navy. No materials tag, but I believe it’s a crepe de chine or silk blend. Semi-sheer navy crepe with texture, mandarin collar and contrasting silky cuffs and neckline. Cuffs can be turned up for a shorter length. Henley style neck with button front. Popover style. 18” ptp, 22” sleeve, 29” back length.
