whiskeykissbtq @foosterz It's okay, theres no reason why it wouldn't allow you to counter though. You have to subtract the $3 from your offer price. You as a buyer can't send an offer with discounted shipping. Just send me an offer for $12.

whiskeykissbtq @foosterz Hi there, I’m not sure if you’re aware but the shipping discount is just removed from seller earnings (we pay the full price to Poshmark for shipping) so whether you reduce the price from shipping or from the total it works out to be about the same for us.
