VICTORIA BECKHAM FOR TARGET Flowered Dress

This is the absolute cutest sun dress, w/ large off white sun flowers on a black dress. Ruffled bottom, scalloped neck and bust. Fabric covered buttons button up the back w/ a string tie. There is one button missing, but there is one attached to the tag so this can easily be put on. Buttons all seem to be pretty loose so I’d recommend resewing them all. Fully lined. Shell 100% Cotton. It doesn’t say what the lining is but my guess is Polyester. Machine wash, tumble dry. Measurements in comments.
