VGUC Gucci Shoulder Bag Black/Brown Color -‎ Needs Repaired

Hello everyone! This is a Gucci I have had authenticated already. As you can see the outside has minor issues however, the inside lining needs replaced. I am not a purse repair person. When I purchased I didn't realize the damage inside. I included a picture of my white desk to show just handling for pics, the peeling is coming off. Also, the strap has split and idk if it needs replaced or reglued I contacted Gucci and repair costs are about $500. If you are talented and have the time this would be a great project!!!! Also, regarding the color it looks black but when camera light hits it, kinda brown...so I am unsure, judge for yourself. Saw same purse on ebay, ok lining but split strap for $350. I am trying to just make my $$ back that I purchased it for. Questions please let me know, offers always considered. Comes from a smoke-free and dog friendly home.
