VGC Operation Game w all pieces!

Very Good Condition board and box not a scratch, nose lights and buzzes when you hit the side metal pieces in the slots on his body while you take the tweezer abd try to do surgery and remove his organs! I have a couple extra pieces I bought in case you lose some! A great game with kids and adults.
