This cute little dress has all the southern charm and a bit of a coastal vibe to it. The elastic around the neck line leaves you the option to wear it on or off the shoulders. It also has an elastic waistband, giving flexibility in the sizing. It does have an attached lining through the skirt portion of the dress. Perfect for wearing as is with sandals or ankle boots or top it with a denim jacket or a cardigan and wear with knee-high boots for the cooler months. * there is a 1 inch hole on the seam on the right side of the dress near the bodice portion possibly wear a tag used to be.
