VERA WANG sequin cocktail dress with open strappy back

Do we call Y2K vintage? I really hope not because that would make me feel really old. I purchased this dress as my find of the century at Loehmans many many years ago. It’s been worn and dry cleaned at least 2 times but is in excellent condition. It does have a lining that is not fully attached. It is a short line style. The back is wide open with Kris Kross. Spaghetti straps. Please see photos. This measures 18” across at the chest. Well, this is listed as a size 12 I would say this is more of a size 10. It is a classic little black dress.
