VENUS Cold Shoulder Top

A great top for Fall! There's tiny "gray dots" on the left arm near the shoulder, and it's not too easy to see, but still there (see photos) I have cleaned this with Oxy Clean, and the tiny dots remain (for transparency).. Open to offers (worth my gas and packaging after Poshmark takes 20%) or bundle with something else for cheap!
