VENUS Blue and Green Maxi Dress New M I L

I see a thread spot loose I was going to have them hem up the dress as it’s way to long on me and I got it back late and had to pack it. When I got to our destination at the beach found out they didn’t hem the dress. So that’s the tag and how much was supposed to to come off the bottom. Size M I have another color one I’m listing next.
