VC Torias Maxi Dress Hand Painted Graffiti Art Sz M/L Vtg 90s Signed READ

This fantastic V.C. Torias hand painted dress is a work of art! So whimsical and fun for summer! I believe it has a large area of color transfer (hard to see in the photos) from some of the red art (turned parts of the dress pink) and it has discoloration under the arms. It also has a gray stain on the back bottom hem. I have not attempted to correct any of those things, I will leave that to the new owner. See pics for details and measurements.
