Vanna White was born in South Carolina in 1957 and began her career in Atlanta as a model. In 1979 she moved to Los Angeles and appeared in a few movies and television shows before being selected as the ‘Letter Turner’ on “Wheel of Fortune” in 1982. She has become a game show icon over the last 43 years racking up an impressive 8200+ episodes.
