VAN CLEEF & ARPELS very rare “First” mini heart coin purse. Never used but have had for over 20 years so just wear from that. Zipper opens and closes with original tassel, labeled first in script on front. Off white/black lining. Inside completely clean as never used for anything. Adorable little coin purse or to put cash/cards in. Measure about 3 x 3. See picture as just have to put a little glue in the seam and all good!
