V. Chapman sequin Ruby dress white

Reposhing this item I purchased. Misc blue marks streaks on it from previous owner, at the bottom (i would have returned if i had noticed them and it wasn’t so close to my wedding)…she said she only wore it for an hour and I only wore it for an hour…but definitely in used condition, needs to be cleaned bottom has some dirt marks and straps and browned on inside from spray tan Questions?
