Can you please post flat measurements across the top, at the hips, and length? Thanks!

@rachcatherine33 I added some pictures of the measurements. The fabric is stretchy. The length shown is from the top of the dress. The ties add a bit more to the length and are adjustable. Let me know if you have questions.
