V Chapman Dakota Dress: Read Description!

Worn once for a wedding that was partially outdoors. It has been dry cleaned but they couldn’t get the staining at them hem out. Some light water marks in the front I didn’t see until I started taking pictures, not too noticeable! I’ve seen people hem this dress to midi or cocktail length and it’s still gorgeous. Besides stain, in great condition. Open to offers, wasn’t sure how to price it!
