RUNS A BIT LARGE SO WILL FIT A SMALL.Cute, cute Old Navy twill utility jacket with elasticated waist and cuffs. Very flattering, can wear snapped or open. The color just didn't look good on me when it arrived from online. It's a roomy enough fit you can wear over sweaters or lighter weight tops. Hits just at the hips so great length. It's an XS but it runs large so it should fit both a small and medium. I normally wear small to medium and it fits just right.
