Utility Tencel Dress - Sz Small

Forever 21 tencil dress. Worn twice and in excellent condition! I love this dress it’s just a little too small for me now. Size small but fits more like an xsmall. Dark gray/black color. Can also double as a light jacket. Adjustable sleeves with botton at shoulders.
