mermaicali Is it really 4&half inch ? It looks thinner? Does it go kinda flat when sleeping on it ?

ashmeiester @mermaicali it's 4.5" tall, it's memory form, so it keeps its shape for the most part. It probably shrinks down a 1/2", when sleeping on it. It's like brand new, didn't even use for 30 days.

ashmeiester @mermaicali I'm very picky about my Pillows, I'm a welder & I look down a lot for work. For me I didn't notice a difference I was still in pain from work even though I get massages bi-weekly. For me a good pillow you notice a difference when you wake up & your neck/ shoulders don't feel worse. Everyone is different. The price didn't help, I've paid less for Pillows & they were better than this one. You have 3 days to return it if you don't like it.
