urbansamba @carebear131 Hi! 😊 The canvas itself is very sturdy, used to cover truck cargo. The artisan who makes the bags carefully selects the strongest canvas and touches it up with stitching (shown on this photo) or a patch if needed, which adds to the unique character of each piece. However, this is a recycled material, and depending on how much you further abuse them, they do develop holes after a while, like most materials.

urbansamba @carebear131 I literallybabused my crossbody bag every day for 3 years on trips around the world, before I said "I really love you, but you need to retire..." 😁😁😁 But my backpacks are still intact, just the initial distressed look as I got them, and liked them in the first place...
