There’s full coverage of the breasts and upper chest, with a nice round or square neck at the top. They give light support for small breasts. And often have a pretty, scalloped edge around the bottom hem. I have worn it a few times as a "shirt" it has a layer of a skin tone color that is under the black so it gives it more of a covered look on the chest!! i suggest Wear with high-waist jeans, pants or shorts for a relaxed vibe, or for a night-out, team with a pretty, floaty skirt that comes down to knee-level or below.
