Urban outfitters polka-dot black mini dress, small ruffles, size medium.

A neighbor gave this to me when they were moving out and trying to clear out some of their closet. I’m not sure how old it is or how much it originally cost. But the dress is simple and cute. Straps are adjustable. Originally from urban outfitters. There is a black slip underneath the polka-dot shell. Polyester shell. Size medium. Good condition, no flaws apparent.
